Playing without an account
You can play without an account. Your progress (levels, in-game coins, items and settings) is stored only on your device and is removed if the app is uninstalled.
This policy explains what data the game Pet Pop: Ilha dos Bichinhos collects, how we use it and your rights. Pet Pop is developed by RCM Studios (owner: Rafael Castro Matucheski).
Optional Google or Facebook account
If you choose to sign in with Google or Facebook to save your progress in the cloud, we use Firebase Authentication (Google) and receive the account identifier, email and name provided by Google or Facebook. Your account photo address is only used to show it on your own device and is never published.
In Cloud Firestore (Google) we keep a copy of your progress (levels, stars, in-game coins and items, outfits and in-game purchase history) and your player profile: nickname, avatar, level, stars and number of rescues. The profile never includes your email or photo.
Ads
The game shows optional rewarded videos through Unity LevelPlay (Unity / ironSource) and ad partners. These services may collect the Android advertising ID, device information, IP address and approximate location derived from it, and ad interactions, to show and measure ads, prevent fraud and run analytics. You can reset or disable the advertising ID in your Android settings.
Purchases
Real-money purchases are processed by Google Play. We never receive or store card or payment details; we only receive the purchase confirmation (product and transaction identifier) to deliver the item.
To deliver Patinhas only once, we keep a record of each purchase in Firestore: account identifier, pack, amount, order number and date. This record is kept even after account deletion, to prevent fraud.
Diagnostics and Facebook sign-in
The Unity engine and the ads SDK may send technical data (performance, crashes and device information). The Facebook SDK is used for sign-in only: automatic app events and advertising ID collection by Facebook are disabled.
Sharing, security and retention
We never sell your data. It is processed by the providers listed above (Google/Firebase, Google Play, Unity/ironSource and ad partners, Meta for sign-in) under their own policies. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and kept while the account exists.
Age
Pet Pop is intended for people aged 13 and over and is not directed at children.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by email. To delete your account, follow the account deletion page.
